Who You Are:
We are looking for an office administrator to assist with managing our industry and internal events, liaise with building facilities and maintain the office. You will also take on Executive Assistant responsibilities to support our Chief Operating Officer in Hong Kong, which could include managing calendars and work trip administration. You are excited about contributing to the team’s success through problem-solving, being collaborative and taking initiative where possible.
What You’ll Do:
- Executive Assistant responsibilities for the COO, including managing calendars and events, scheduling meetings and planning work trips.
- Act as the primary liaison between employees and building management regarding office improvements, repairs and suggestions, as well as building notices and updates.
- Maintain inventory of office and pantry supplies and replenish when needed.
- Assist the People team to organize company events, activities and meals for HK office employees.
- Coordinate with the People Team to support on employee onboarding, including setup of desk space and issuing of name cards.
- Assist in guest management and conference room bookings for visitors
- Coordinate with IT and the People team for the setup of office access and desk space for NY/London employees and other visitors
- Help to distribute and file mail received, along with coordinating deliveries for employees
- Perform special projects as assigned
- Assist with other adhoc tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Around 2 years of office management/administrative experience
- Degree/Diploma Holder
- MS Office Knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Familiarity with, and excitement for the cryptocurrency space
