The role:
Galileo is seeking a full-time Contract Administrator to join its growing legal team. This role will play a key part in supporting the company's commercial contracting function, with a primary focus on reviewing and drafting NDAs, vendor agreements, and contract amendments, as well as managing due diligence requests and assisting with broader legal operations. The Contract Administrator will also support contract lifecycle management, help drive process improvements, and coordinate with cross-functional teams such as privacy, information security, and finance. We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to grow, and takes pride in delivering high-quality, timely work.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate with other departments, such as privacy, information security, and finance to obtain due diligence documents; ensure delivery of important documents and notices
- Review and prepare legal drafts
- Perform administrative legal responsibilities
- Create and update process documents and SOPs
- Organize and facilitate meetings as necessary (e.g., creating agendas, taking notes and action items, drafting correspondence, and following up to see action items through to completion)
- Handle confidential/sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism at all times
- Work closely with Galileo’s attorneys on Galileo-related meetings, initiatives, and projects
What you’ll need:
- 4–6 years of experience handling commercial legal and business matters in a contracts administrator, paralegal, or similar role—preferably within an in-house legal department.

- Technical proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace (G-Suite), Airtable, Venminder, IronClad, and Confluence.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and professional demeanor when working across legal, business, and operational teams.
- Track record of successfully coordinating and driving legal projects to completion with minimal supervision.
Nice to have:
- Experience working for a financial services or fintech company.
- Working knowledge of legal requirements and best practices related to contracts and commercial transactions.
- Experience creating and editing PowerPoint presentations, including formatting, layout, and messaging for legal or business audiences.
- Proficiency with Legal Tracker and LexisNexis

$31.68 - $59.40 USD
