- Provide frameworks and analysis to assess product economics and prioritize roadmaps based on value contribution.
Business Performance Insights
- Analyze marketplace dynamics, operational performance, and customer behaviors to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Build financial models and collaborate on dashboards that surface trends in CAC, LTV, margins, industry, and other key areas.
Operational & Strategic Influence
- Investigate the drivers of business performance and translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Serve as a key voice in strategic planning, investment prioritization, and performance reviews.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytics, Product, Finance, and Operations teams to drive aligned decision-making.
- Help shape a data-first culture by promoting transparency, accountability, and ROI-driven thinking across initiatives.
What You Bring:
- 8+ years of experience in monetization, strategy, business operations, or product-focused finance roles.
- Strong background in analytics with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and modern BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
- Deep understanding of marketplace dynamics, unit economics, and growth levers.
- Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams on go-to-market and monetization strategy.
- Strategic mindset with exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent experience in business, strategy, or a quantitative discipline.
