Facilities Manager (Workplace Manager)

Overview
The Workplace Manager is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day operations across our Los Angeles offices, ensuring a safe, efficient, and engaging workplace experience. This role partners closely with cross‑functional teams to support operational needs, optimize space usage, and create an environment where employees can do their best work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily general office operations, coordinating logistics and support across multiple teams and locations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders to address office‑related concerns and implement solutions that enhance workplace productivity and employee experience.
- Own seating assignments, space planning, and new‑hire onboarding logistics to ensure alignment with current and forecasted headcount.
- Oversee all maintenance and repair requests, manage preventative maintenance schedules, and ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Manage vendor relationships for all workplace services including cleaning, maintenance, and facility support.
- Plan, oversee, and deliver workplace‑related projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
- Coordinate internal team events and external client events, ensuring strong execution, engagement, and operational support.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory to meet operational demands.
- Develop and deliver clear communications regarding workplace updates, policy changes, and operational improvements.
