  • Work with sales and marketing teams to develop positioning, campaigns, sales training, proposal templates, and competitive battlecards.
  • Support strategic customer opportunities, especially large or complex antibody expression and protein production projects.
  • Track business performance across revenue, margin, order volume, win/loss, customer segment, region, and service type.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across product, R&D, production, sales, marketing, project management, and technical support.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in life sciences, protein science, molecular biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, or a related field. PhD or MS preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, commercial strategy, technical sales, or business leadership in life science tools, CRO/CDMO services, antibody discovery, or biologics research services.
  • Strong understanding of antibody expression and production workflows, especially mammalian expression, transient expression, purification, and characterization.
  • Familiarity with advanced antibody and protein formats, including bispecific antibodies, antibody fragments, VHHs, Fc-fusion proteins, and other complex biologics.
  • Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into clear product positioning, service offerings, pricing logic, and commercial strategies.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Ability to influence R&D, production, commercial, and regional teams in a matrix organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in antibody expression services, protein CRO/CDMO business, biologics discovery support, or recombinant antibody production.
  • Experience supporting pharma, biotech, or AI-driven antibody discovery customers.
  • Familiarity with high-throughput antibody expression, bispecific antibody development, developability assessment, or antibody validation workflows.
  • Experience with service packaging, pricing strategy, sales enablement, and global portfolio management.

Form CC-305

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
