To be successful in this role you will be curious, resilient, organized, and customer-first, with the communication skills to navigate complex issues, explain technical value clearly, and follow through on commitments. In addition, the successful candidate will have the analytical skills to turn data into insights and the confidence to use AI tools in their daily workflow, applying sound judgment and checking their output.

Proactively identify and mitigate potential challenges, fostering long-term client retention.
-
Utilize data analytics to uncover insights into customer behavior and usage patterns.
