Content Editor

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Content Editor to craft compelling captions and narratives for AI-generated fashion and entertainment images, while also evaluating and moderating visual content for trend alignment and styling accuracy. This role requires strong writing and editing skills in Japanese, a keen eye for fashion aesthetics, and familiarity with content publishing workflows. The ideal candidate will ensure both textual and visual content meet brand standards, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance output quality and storytelling impact. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Content Creation & Editorial: 

• Write engaging captions and narratives to complement AI-generated fashion and entertainment images, tailored for the target audience.
• Proofread and edit content for clarity, grammar, brand tone, and storytelling impact.
• Manage the creation of final content delivery files (e.g., CSVs) and ensure readiness for publishing.
• Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to streamline editorial tasks and increase output efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and evolve editorial direction. 

Image Moderation & Fashion Quality Control: 

• Perform detailed quality checks on AI-generated images, ensuring visual appeal, trend alignment, and proper representation of various body types and garment fits.
• Evaluate images for styling consistency, fabric drape, garment construction, and overall fashion aesthetic.
• Identify and flag visual flaws or deformities, and provide clear feedback for improvement.
• Work closely with the AI and content ops teams to refine prompts, enhance output quality, and improve model accuracy. 

Content Optimization & Publishing: 

• Analyze performance data using analytics dashboards to identify content strengths and areas for improvement
• Optimize both visuals and text to enhance audience engagement and meet quality benchmarks
• Ensure efficient and timely moderation and publishing workflows to maintain production flow

Requirements: 

• Proven experience in content writing/editing, especially in fashion, entertainment, or digital content domains.
• Fluency in Japanese and English, with strong writing, editing, and feedback skills.
• Basic understanding of fashion trends, garment styling, body types, and aesthetics.
• Sharp attention to detail—able to spot visual inconsistencies and subtle design flaws.
• Experience with content management systems and/or moderation tools is a plus.
• Prior exposure to fashion design, styling, or visual merchandising is advantageous.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or a strong willingness to learn and adapt to AI-assisted workflows.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
