Lead UI Designer

Role Overview

As a Lead UI Designer at Glance Pvt Ltd, you’ll drive the visual strategy for our platforms, ensuring stunning, consistent interfaces for millions of users. With accountability and hustle, you’ll lead a team of UI designers, execute bold visual visions, and align designs with Glance’s mission of delivering delightful experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Visual Strategy Leadership: Define and execute a cohesive visual strategy, taking ownership of design excellence.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and manage UI designers, fostering a high-performing, creative environment with accountability.
• End-to-End Execution: Oversee UI design from concept to implementation, hustling to deliver impactful visuals.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with UX, product, and engineering teams to align visuals with business goals.
• Innovate Design Systems: Lead the evolution of Glance’s design system, contributing scalable, innovative solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• 7–10 years of UI design experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing innovative visual designs for digital products.
• Proficiency in design tools, motion design, and strategic execution.
• Strong leadership, accountability, and hustle to inspire teams and stakeholders.
