As a Senior Interactive Designer, you will:

• Design impactful brand campaigns for Glance Smart Lock Screen experiences in collaboration with GTM Strategy, Sales & Account teams.
• Lead concept-to-creation through sketches, storyboards, prototypes, and pixel-perfect final assets.
• Craft compelling client presentations & pitches that bring campaign ideas to life.
• Drive creative innovation by exploring new formats, interactions, and storytelling techniques.
• Manage multiple projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery with high-quality execution.

Ideal Candidate 

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a mobile ad graphic designer in a creative or digital marketing agency/ ad-tech platform 
• Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite/ AI Tools (MidJourney), Celtra or related creative authoring tool 
• Ability to produce high-quality designs that impress brand agency/ advertisers 
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of advertising campaign design, digital media and design expertise 
• Excellent problem solving, organization, critical thinking, presentation and communication skills 
• Keen ability to advocate for the needs of the advertisers with intuitive designs and ideas. 
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment. You also enjoy working in a team, thinking innovatively, and collaborate with members across for better outcomes.
