We are looking for Manager - growth, to lead user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization for our commerce app. This role will own end-to-end growth across the customer journey—from discovery and on-boarding to purchase, repeat usage, and lifetime value. You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, and Business teams to drive scalable growth and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Ownership:
Define and execute scalable, data-backed growth strategies across key commerce metrics including acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, repeat purchase, and revenue growth. -
Data & Analytics:
Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to guide decisions. Build and maintain dashboards to track funnel performance, cohorts, conversion rates, AOV, LTV, and retention across user segments. -
User Acquisition:
Plan and execute multi-channel acquisition strategies including performance marketing, organic, affiliates, influencers, and partnerships. Optimize CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates in collaboration with marketing and product teams. -
Conversion & Monetization:
Own optimization of key commerce funnels such as product discovery, PDP, cart, checkout, and payments. Drive improvements in conversion rate, AOV, and overall revenue through experimentation and product enhancements. -
Retention & Engagement:
Drive repeat usage and customer loyalty through lifecycle marketing, personalized communication (push, email, SMS, in-app), and improved post-purchase journeys in partnership with Product and CRM teams. -
Experimentation & Testing:
Lead a strong experimentation culture by designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests across onboarding, pricing, promotions, UX, and campaigns to improve growth metrics. -
Budget & ROI Management:
Own and manage growth budgets, track performance against KPIs, and continuously optimize spend to maximize ROI and business impact. -
Market & Customer Insights:
Stay on top of industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to inform targeting, positioning, promotions, and roadmap priorities. -
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Supply, and Business teams to align priorities and execute growth initiatives effectively. -
Reporting & Leadership Communication:
Present regular updates on growth performance, insights, and roadmap progress to senior leadership. Define and track OKRs to ensure accountability and impact.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred

5+ years of experience in a high-growth B2C commerce or e-commerce environment

Proven track record of driving growth across acquisition, conversion, and retention at scale

Strong understanding of performance marketing, commerce funnels, pricing, promotions, and user behavior analytics

Hands-on experience with experimentation frameworks and data-driven decision-making

Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams

Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
