About this Position

We're seeking an innovative Principal Product Manager to drive the strategic evolution of our global workforce platform. In this role, you'll be the critical bridge between cutting-edge technology and transformative workforce solutions, shaping products that empower businesses to hire, pay, and manage global teams seamlessly.

What you'll do:

You will work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, customer success, and HR teams to develop innovative solutions, ensure compliance, and deliver an exceptional user experience. You’ll be responsible for shaping the product roadmap, defining success metrics, and guiding the team of product managers in the continuous improvement and expansion of the platform. This is a high-impact role, focused on scaling the platform to support a growing client base and evolving market needs, while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for the EOR SaaS products, aligning it with company objectives and market trends.
  • Develop a long-term roadmap focused on innovation, user experience, scalability, and compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including engineering, customer success, operations, legal, HR and sales, to ensure alignment on product goals and deliverables.
  • Champion a user-centric approach to product development. Deeply understand our customers' pain points in global workforce management through continuous research, customer interviews, and user testing to validate product ideas and features
  • Identify opportunities for automation, integration with third-party tools (such as HRIS systems), and improvements to the user experience
  • Use data and analytics to measure performance, track user engagement, and define success metrics, including KPIs related to revenue, user adoption, retention, and operational efficiency
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to define go-to-market strategies for new features and releases.

What we are looking for:

Extensive Product Management Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with a significant portion at the senior or principal level, ideally within B2B SaaS platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in owning a product from ideation to launch, managing both strategic vision and tactical execution.
  • Ability to think strategically about product direction while also diving deep into data and user insights to inform decisions.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using product data, metrics, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, designers, and key stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with engineering, sales, customer success, and legal/compliance teams to deliver value-driven outcomes.
  • Deep empathy for users, with a track record of championing customer needs and translating them into meaningful product enhancements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience integrating products with third-party tools, driving innovation through automation, and building products that support high-volume, complex user bases.

If you are a forward-thinking product leader, passionate about building scalable, user-centric solutions, we encourage you to apply. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the future of our platform and business!
