Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

About the Team

Join the Marketing team at GOAT Group as a Sr. Performance Marketing Specialist, Paid Search, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth through strategic Google Ads campaigns. As part of our growth team, you'll leverage your expertise in performance marketing to manage and optimize paid search efforts for GOAT, Flight Club, and alias brands.

In this role, you will:

  • Paid Search Management: Lead and optimize Google Ads campaigns, focusing on Shopping and Paid Search ads.
  • Campaign Optimization: Implement A/B testing and collaborate with Product Marketing to enhance campaign performance and ROI.
  • Google Shopping Expertise: Manage and optimize Google Shopping and PMax campaigns, working closely with Google partners.
  • Google Merchant Center: Maintain and improve product feeds through GMC, collaborating with Growth Analytics for continuous optimization.
  • Project Management: Contribute to quarterly roadmap execution via Asana, ensuring alignment with OKRs and project milestones.
  • International Collaboration: Partner with international marketing teams to support global buyer and seller acquisition strategies.
  • SEO Partnership: Collaborate with SEO teams on integrated initiatives to optimize web performance and content marketing efforts.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, budget allocation, and KPIs; provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Financial Support: Assist in managing the performance marketing budget, and contributing to sustainable growth strategies.

We are looking for:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Shopping.
  • 2+ years of overall experience in Google Ads management.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and analytical skills to assist in interpreting data effectively.
  • Experience in the economics of Google Search and Shopping.
  • Proven project management skills; monitoring project progress and ensuring things are moving forward.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • E-commerce, marketplace, or online retail experience preferred.
The hiring range for this position is below, plus benefits (401K, paid time off, dental, medical, vision, disability, life insurance options). $91,000 - $114,000 USD
