About The Role:
As a People Operations Associate (L2), you'll play a vital role in creating a positive and seamless employee experience at Motive. With a strong focus on the employee experience, you'll support the People Operations team by maintaining accurate employee records, assisting with HR processes, and serving as a helpful resource for employees. You'll contribute to improving efficiency and ensuring data integrity within our HRIS.
What You'll Do:
- Provide excellent customer service by being a front-line point person for employee questions on various HR topics, including managing and responding to inquiries received through our HR support ticketing system.
- Assist with maintaining and updating employee data within our HRIS, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
- Support the People Operations team in the execution of HR processes, including onboarding and offboarding activities, helping to ensure smooth transitions for employees.
- Contribute to the positive onboarding experience for new hires by assisting with administrative tasks and providing initial support.
- Help identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability within People Operations, with an excitement or openness to exploring workflow automation and AI solutions.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion with all sensitive employee information.
What We're Looking For:
- You have a “do what it takes” attitude and can adapt to a fast-paced environment while providing great employee service.
- You are proactive and take initiative to assist with tasks and identify areas for improvement.
- You possess superior written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate high attention to detail.
- You have experience navigating common HR-related systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, Jira, and Google Suite.
- You have 1+ years of experience in an HR support role, HR Operations, Recruiting Operations or a similar administrative function, preferably with experience in managing an HR inbox or ticketing system.
- While not required, experience or a strong interest in learning about workflow automation and AI solutions for HR processes would be a bonus. We value a willingness to explore new tools and approaches to improve our operations.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
