- HYBRID WORKING: This role is required to be in our Inglewood office every Tuesday and Thursday with the occasional third day thrown in.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ready to lead goodr’s post-production charge? Do you have the skills to wrangle photo and video content, manage timelines like a seasoned pro, and deliver magical visuals that connect with our audience? Then you just might be the Post Production Coordinator we’ve been searching for!
This role is in the Production Team and will report directly to the Senior Content Director. As our Post Production Coordinator, you’ll collaborate with multiple departments to ensure our production projects are on brief, on spec, and ready to rock the digital world. You’ll also balance the workloads of our editors and ensure the final assets are as shiny as a new pair of goodr sunglasses. **Note: This is a TEMPORARY Full-Time position from December 2025 through June 2026.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee requested deliverables per initiatives, ensure it is incorporated in our post production flow, and delivered on time
- Work closely with internal and external editors to balance workload and timelines
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to align on post production and final asset objectives, ensuring file specifications and timelines are clearly defined
- Coordinate file organization, storage, and image processing according to requirements before delivery of assets
- File and distribute finished assets to the correct parties
- Support, build, and maintain post production calendars and timelines
- Responsible for sourcing all information from photo/video shoot and applying to the project
- Monitor assigned projects, evaluating and reporting progress and quality of work, recognizing when things veer off course, and escalating issues as needed
- Confident in moving large amount of assets from servers/drives and providing team with cohesive file naming conventions
- Manage the tracking and payment of external freelancers with other producers
- Wrangle unicorns and tend to the octopus garden
- Basically Marie Kondo-ing the heck out of Post Production initiatives
- This role is in the Production team and will report directly to the Senior Content Director
- Perform other related duties as assigned
ABOUT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- May or may not have a degree...we don’t care (bonus points for Basset Hound Science or Dinosaur Law)
- Asks a lot of questions
- 4+ years of post production experience
- Knows their way around Adobe software, especially Premiere Pro
- Loves file organization! Lives for file organization! Can’t get enough of file organization!
- Experience with project management software (bonus points if you’re obsessed with Asana)
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Enjoys getting and giving feedback
- Is into personal growth
- Thinks Fun is being great (not partying)
