Recruiting Intern

Gotion Inc. is based in Silicon Valley, CA, currently building a Manufacturing facility in Manteno, IL and has R&D centers in Ohio, China, Japan and Europe. We innovate in the next generation electric vehicle and energy storage technologies (lithium batteries and related systems) with the aim to accelerate electrified transportation and achieve sustainable development. Gotion is powered by a leading power battery technology company that provides solutions for vehicles including the world's first mass commercial e-bus route.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure all logistical details (location, time, virtual meeting links) are confirmed and communicated
• Ensure that candidates have a positive experience by providing excellent communication and support
• Answer questions related to the recruiting process or logistics
• Provide candidates with necessary information about the interview process, company, and role
• Maintain candidate records, interview notes, and other recruitment documents in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Ensure all hiring paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
• Actively search and identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
• Assist in organizing and coordinating recruitment events such as job fairs or campus recruiting events

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or in Process
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
• High-energy and passion
• Demonstrated ability to meet goals
