Overview

We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to strengthen our cross‑functional go‑to‑market execution across our software portfolio and accelerate product adoption for LMN. This role will work on LMN, covering our Estimating & Reporting product teams. This role will own the strategy and execution of product launches and adoption motions, partner closely with Product to inform our product roadmap and with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to drive measurable improvements in new sales and product activation, usage, & retention.

What You’ll Do

Become and serve as an expert on our product, our customers, and our market to serve as a strategic input to product, marketing, and sales strategies, specifically:

  • Build strategy and lead product go-to-market pods (small teams made up of GTM stakeholders) that plan & execute product adoption programs & campaigns. 

  • Conduct customer and market research to serve as a strategic partner to Product Managers by identifying adoption barriers, product gaps vs. alternatives, and building an informed point of view on product market-fit.

  • Use your research insights to translate product capabilities into positioning, messaging, and enablement resources for Marketing, Sales and CX; maintain a single source of truth for value narratives and talk tracks to ensure consistency. 

  • Support Sales to deliver a compelling collateral and consistent product narratives that align with the defined ideal customer profile needs with our value proposition.

  • Support Customer Experience to deliver live training, community webinars, and in‑person workshops that reinforce our “way to work” in product and convert awareness into usage.

  • Map the product adoption lifecycle by segment and workflow; define target audiences, key activation events, and the narrative that connects product value to real customer outcomes.

  • Build and launch lifecycle marketing programs for new and existing features, including: alpha/betas, sunsetting efforts, and improvements to existing products. 


You’ll Excel If You Have

  • 2–4 years in B2B SaaS with 2+ in Product Marketing, owning product research, launches and adoption programs end‑to‑end.

  • Experience with vertical SaaS in SMB, and familiarity with workforce/mobile tools. 

  • Strong cross‑functional leadership and program management; comfortable organizing complex work across Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Sales.

  • Crisp communication and storytelling, and is able to distill complex functionality into clear, outcome‑focused messaging.

  • Examples of research rigor translating to product and GTM recommendations that improved product market-fit.

  • A bias for experimentation, data‑driven decision‑making, and visible iteration.

  • Demonstrated experience with in‑app lifecycle marketing and activation design (e.g., guides, tooltips, checklists, nudges), and partnering with CX for live enablement.

  • Hands‑on familiarity with adoption tooling (e.g., in‑app guides) and CX/usage analytics.


Compensation:

  • Canada-based candidates: CAD 100,000 -130,000

  • US-based candidates: USD 110,000 - 125,000
