Team Leadership & Enablement

You will lead and support the regional TA team to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.

  • Set clear expectations around performance, accountability and ways of working
  • Ensure agreed processes and systems are being used consistently
  • Identify capability gaps and put the right training and support is in place
  • Managing external partner and contractors, ensuring alignment to hiring standards and processes
  • Balance team leadership responsibilities with personal recruitment delivery, acting as a role model for best practice hiring

Global Alignment & Regional Adaptation

  • Act as the regional TA representative, contributing to global projects and strategic initiatives e.g. embedding company values, process improvement and hiring training
  • Translate global Talent Acquisition strategy into a clear, practical regional approach
  • Providing insight on regional market conditions, hiring trends, competitor landscape, sourcing strategy, compliance requirements and local nuances
  • Manage regional agency and vendor usage, identify opportunities to improve and ensuring effective spend and hiring support
  • Ensure adoption of global tools and processes [greenhouse/LinkedIn/Insights/Sourcing tools/AI Agents].

Skills & Experience

We are looking for someone with strong experience as a people leader within Talent Acquisition, who can deliver against hiring plans and bring structure and clarity to a growing organisation. You will be hands on, organised and comfortable switching between operational delivery and strategy.
