ABOUT THE ROLE

We're seeking a collaborative and analytically-minded product leader to help shape the future of our sustainability solution, built for mid-market businesses. Working closely with our Engineering and Sustainability teams, you'll help evolve our product from its sustainability roots into an AI-driven sustainability and risk assessment platform. This position reports directly to the CEO/Founder and is a member of the executive team. 

  • Partner cross-functionally to develop and execute our product roadmap
  • Shape the leadership team’s perspective on critical features, duration of workflows, and product priorities. 
  • Lead the design and implementation of Greenplaces AI-powered data collection and analysis features
  • Drive product decisions through a combination of data analysis, market research, and stakeholder input
  • Create and validate product requirements for new features and capabilities
  • Develop the long-term vision for the team and set the roadmap to fulfill that vision
  • Oversee the user experience design process to ensure intuitive, friction-free interactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between product capabilities and customer needs
  • Current focus areas: automating the foundation of our offering (carbon footprint); developing sustainability reporting frameworks in platform; enhancing AI capabilities for automated data collection and processing; expanding platform capabilities beyond sustainability calculation and reporting.

YOUR EXPERIENCE 

  • 10+ years of B2B product management experience
  • ​​3+ years experience managing product manager/designer 
  • Direct experience with AI/ML-powered products and data platforms
  • Track record of successfully launching and scaling B2B SaaS products
  • Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and API development
  • Background in working with engineering teams in an agile environment

  • Collaborative leadership: Experience working effectively across teams and incorporating diverse perspectives
  • Agile methodology: Experience with iterative development and rapid prototyping
