Construction Project Coordinator- New York, NY
Location: Uptown, Manhattan
Salary: $50,000-70,000

We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of construction projects throughout New York City. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in construction, project coordination, or a related field and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Support project managers in coordinating construction projects from kickoff through closeout
  • Track project schedules, budgets, and documentation
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants
  • Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and project correspondence
  • Assist with permit, contract, and change order administration
  • Conduct site visits and help monitor project progress and compliance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of construction project coordination or related experience
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management software is a plus
