Systems Administrator (New York)

What You’ll Be Doing:
We are looking for a Systems Administrator to help expand the IT department of Grow Therapy. This person will help onboard and offboard users, handle common IT requests, and work on larger-scale IT projects such as building out permission structures, disaster recovery, and IT workflow automation. You’ll be part of a team of system admins reporting directly to our Head of Security.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working with our People + Talent department to Onboard and Offboard employees, including streamlining the process through SAML integrations.
- Supporting our employees by triaging and servicing IT requests in accordance with our SLAs.
- Driving forward-looking IT projects that improve the systems, policies, and infrastructure of Grow Therapy.
- Partnering closely with team leadership to implement solutions and resolve issues in an environment that’s fast paced and ever changing.
- Help maintain NY office infrastructure (wifi network, printers, teleconferencing equipment, etc)
Salary range: $79,000 - $90,000
You’ll Be a Good Fit If You Have:
- 2+ years of experience working in IT systems
- Managed SSO and SCIM integrations
- Maintained permission and access structures
- Worked with MDM platforms such as Addigy and Intune
- Experience administering Google Workspace and Microsoft Active Directory
- Experience troubleshooting common issues and working with end users
