What You'll Be Doing:

We are seeking a skilled, empathetic Director of IT to build a scalable and mature the Corporate IT organization at Grow. You’ll join a remote friendly team of 4 IT Professionals, and report directly to our Head of Security. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and scaling a high-performing IT organization to support a fast-growing business
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive multi-year IT strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Leading organizational design, building out team structure, and establishing centers of excellence
  • Creating healthy and productive career development pathways at all levels of your team
  • Setting technical direction and architectural standards across our IT landscape
  • Managing a large SaaS catalog and vendor relationships while optimizing IT spend
  • Implementing enterprise-wide IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks

You'll Be a Good Fit If You Have:

  • 12+ years of IT experience, with 7+ years leading IT organizations and managing managers
  • A track record of scaling IT teams through periods of rapid company growth
  • Deep expertise in enterprise IT architecture, cloud infrastructure, and modern workplace technologies (Google Workspace, macOS, Addigy, Intune, Microsoft Office 365, Apple Business Manager, etc)
  • A strategic mindset with proven ability to translate business needs into technical roadmaps
  • Previous success implementing IT governance frameworks and managing enterprise-wide risk

The salary range for this position is $151,000 - $210,000 USD. 

Please note, Grow Therapy adjusts base salary based on geographic location, leveling, and experience, so your compensation could land anywhere within the posted range.
