What You'll Be Doing:
This is an opportunity to unify and scale Grow Therapy’s physician sales engine at a mission-driven, high-growth company. As a Senior Sales Director, you’ll own and elevate a critical GTM function:
- Inherit and grow a team driving high-impact physician referral partnerships across SMB, mid-market and strategic accounts
- Redefine sales strategy and segmentation, with autonomy to design team structure, hire, and operationalize new processes
- Take the reins of a well-built sales machine and make it your own—invest in new tech, people, and processes as you see fit
- Step into a high-visibility role with the chance to influence broader sales strategy as Grow Therapy scales
You’ll be a Good Fit If:
- Proven, analytical sales leader with a track record of building and scaling multi-segment teams, ideally in high velocity sales environments
- Strategic operator who thrives on designing, testing, and iterating sales processes to drive referral partnerships and new client acquisition
- Experience managing managers and leading teams at Series C or later-stage startups, with comfort navigating both high-velocity and strategic sales motions
- Hands-on and resourceful—able to dive into sales scripts, calls, dashboards, and process optimization as needed
- You can work in a hybrid model (3 days/week) from Grow HQ in NYC

The base compensation range for this position is $200,000 - $250,000 OTE: $350,000
The base compensation for this role will vary depending on several factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, and the candidate's working location.
