About the Role
We’re seeking a meticulous, proactive Collections and Contract Specialist who thrives on accuracy, communication, and problem‑solving. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into contracts, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring financial operations run smoothly. If you love investigative work and keeping accounts clean and compliant, you’ll excel here.
What You’ll Do

Review and interpret vendor contracts, bill‑to agreements, and insurance documentation for accuracy and compliance

Manage the collections process with professionalism, persistence, and a customer‑focused approach

Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances, payment plans, and account discrepancies

Process refunds in ServiceTitan with precision and timeliness

Partner with internal teams to resolve billing issues and maintain accurate account records

Contribute to improving collections workflows, documentation, and overall efficiency
What We’re Looking For

Experience in collections, billing, accounts receivable, or a related field

Strong ability to interpret contracts, agreements, and insurance documents

Excellent communication skills—clear, confident, and customer‑centric

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Comfort working with and leveraging AI tools in daily workflows

A self‑starter who excels independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team

ServiceTitan experience is a significant advantage — familiarity with refund processing is even better
