THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Partner Director for our team in Argentina!
You will be responsible for leading the Partner team in the country, focusing on strategic account management and team leadership. This role involves guiding the team to prospect new partners, manage key relationships, ensure partner satisfaction, and drive the team toward achieving their objectives. The director will balance executive day-to-day tasks with long-term strategic planning, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a high-performance team environment.
YOUR IMPACT
- Lead and manage the Partner team in the country, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Provide direct supervision to the team, offering guidance and support for their performance and development, while maintaining alignment with company objectives. - Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for game-changing strategic partnerships, from outreach to launch.
- Responsible for the strategy and delivery of sales targets in alignment with regional market dynamics.
- Oversee strategic account management for key partners, ensuring satisfaction and profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve OKRs, driving the team toward common goals.
- Engage in account management with strategic partners, conducting meetings, follow-ups, and ensuring alignment with their future directions.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders to align strategies and initiatives.
- Analyze and interpret reports and data to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Influence and secure the resources needed to implement the strategy in alignment with leadership.
- Demonstrate a strong interest in people development to successfully build a high-performing and engaged team.
- Act as part of the country leadership team, proactively nurturing the culture and engagement of the workforce alongside other vertical leaders.
- Share best practices with peers to improve the overall Wellhub ecosystem.

WHO YOU ARE
- Solid experience in commercial and new business areas.
- Solid experience in leadership
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence various audiences to facilitate business proposal presentations.
- Understanding of how a sports or fitness business operates.
- Experience in Salesforce management.
- Experience in corporate sales.
- Strategic vision.
- Openness to exchanges and collaboration.
- Continuous drive for high performance and team growth.
- Mandatory fluency in English
