THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Program Management Specialist to our Marketing team in São Paulo!
This professional will be responsible for overseeing and managing project workflows for the Marketing team. The role involves handling demand allocation, task prioritization, and ensuring all projects meet their deadlines. While this position is highly process-driven, a strong business acumen is essential to effectively manage the workflow.
YOUR IMPACT

Demand Management: Manage the Branding team’s demand flow (this team is responsible for building, growing, and protecting the Wellhub brand). Receive briefings from all areas of the company requesting Branding support. Review briefings to ensure they are properly completed with all necessary information, connecting with the requesting teams to clarify and request additional information when needed. Allocate resources and prioritize tasks in collaboration with the Brand Director, managing the workflow and ensuring the team meets deadlines. Analyze, discuss allocations, organize timelines, and distribute tasks within the team.

Project Scheduling: Define project schedules and manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery, as well as organize project priorities. Be responsible for organizing the project pipeline and structuring internal processes for the Branding team.

Task Management: Oversee and manage team tasks, track deliverables and deadlines, and ensure all outputs are aligned with business objectives. Conduct checkpoints, ensure delivery quality, and monitor deadlines.

Process Management: Be responsible for managing project workflows, ensuring all processes are optimized and efficient.

Stakeholder Management: Communicate progress to stakeholders, align on changes, and validate deliverables.

Business Acumen: Leverage business knowledge to effectively manage project flow and understand the strategic direction of each task.

WHO YOU ARE

Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools. Familiarity with branding, acquired through experience in consulting, agencies, or similar environments.

Experience: Experience in project management, especially in marketing or branding, with a strong focus on managing deadlines, resources, and deliverables. Previous experience in advertising agencies, consultancies, or similar settings. Experience organizing projects, schedules, and workflows is essential. Having worked with project management, even if not in a formal project management role, is a plus.

Languages: Fluency in English is required.
