THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a User Growth Marketing Specialist for our Marketing team in Bucharest.
Our User Marketing Team is a fast-moving, Revenue Marketing powerhouse, laser-focused on boosting enrollment through seamless lifecycle experiences. With a customer-first mindset, we fine-tune every touchpoint to deliver personalized messages and relevant offers. Regionally, we lead Marketing-sourced MGR by turning insights into action, adding cultural depth to campaigns, and partnering closely with local teams. Globally, we enable and align regional efforts, drive consistency, and lead on operational improvements and standardization. We bring a mix of analytical sharpness, flawless execution, strategic thinking, cultural fluency, and strong communication. From mapping user journeys to setting global benchmarks and sparking cross-functional collaboration, we’re pushing the future of MGR forward, powered by digital marketing, innovation, and teamwork.
YOUR IMPACT
- Design & Execute End-User Marketing Initiatives: Develop and implement a comprehensive B2C strategy tailored to regional needs. Drive Marketing-sourced MGR to support customer lifecycle conversions, including acquisition, subscriptions, reactivations, engagement, and retention.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use analytical insights to identify growth opportunities while balancing market-specific demands. Prioritize initiatives based on business acumen and enrollment potential.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with local stakeholders (CS, WE, VM, CX) and global teams to lead cross-functional initiatives, gain local input, and ensure visibility of work. Foster a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Local Trends & Opportunities: Lead campaign innovation by identifying regional trends, competitor benchmarks, and aligning execution with global strategy and local leadership.
- Execution & Project Management: Own end-to-end execution of local projects, ensuring agile planning and CRM campaign implementation via Braze, following best practices, QA protocols, and documentation standards.
- Creative Asset Development: Manage the creation of consistent, on-brand assets (CTA, visuals, copy) using tools like Canva, Figma, and Structured Web, adhering to Wellhub and marketing standards.
- Innovation & Problem-Solving: Tackle blockers with creative solutions. Apply testing and experimentation to validate ideas locally and scale successful initiatives globally.

WHO YOU ARE
- Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution: Plans and executes tailored digital marketing programs, selecting the right channels, tools, and messaging to meet audience and business needs, while staying current on trends.
- End-to-End Campaign Management: Efficiently manages multiple campaigns from planning to delivery, ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and alignment with regional goals.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Uses data to measure, analyze, and optimize marketing performance, identifying actionable insights and prioritizing high-impact initiatives.
- Project Management: Delivers projects independently with minimal oversight, organizes cross-functional teams, and follows best practices to ensure smooth execution.
- Creative & Innovative Thinking: Brings fresh ideas, challenges the status quo, and tests new strategies, messaging, and campaign formats to drive growth.
- Strong Communication Skills: Communicates clearly and confidently across teams, explains data simply, and contributes meaningfully in meetings and written materials.
- Time & Priority Management: Effectively prioritizes tasks and projects using frameworks like the Eisenhower Matrix or RICE, adjusting plans proactively and working autonomously.
- Collaboration & Relationship Building: Builds trust, engages cross-functionally, gives and receives feedback constructively, and contributes to a positive, high-performing team culture.

PAID TIME OFF: We know how important it is to take time away from work to recharge. Employees receive a minimum of 25 days paid holiday per year with an additional day for each year of tenure (up to 5) in addition to annual holidays (including an extra holiday on your birthday!).
PARENTAL LEAVE: 100% paid parental leave of 12 weeks to all new parents (of both biological and adopted children, regardless of gender and parent's relationship with the co-parent) + 100% paid birth leave of 14 weeks.
