Role Scope:
The Talent Acquisition team is a critical driver of our mission to deliver high-quality, patient-centered healthcare. We are seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to lead executive and senior leadership searches while flexing as needed to support high-priority clinical and managerial roles across the organization.
This role serves as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior healthcare leaders, partnering closely with Talent Acquisition leadership, People Ops, and business stakeholders to attract, assess, and secure leaders who align with our mission, values, and commitment to clinical excellence. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating at the highest levels of the organization while remaining hands-on when business needs require broader recruiting support.
Core Responsibilities & Expectations:
Executive & Senior Leadership Recruiting
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for Director, VP and executive-level roles across corporate, clinical, operational, and functional areas.
- Partner with C-suite and senior leaders to define success profiles, leadership competencies, and search strategies
- Deliver diverse, high-caliber candidate slates while ensuring a white-glove experience
- Lead complex offer negotiations involving executive compensation, incentives, and equity where applicable.
Flexible Support for Clinical & Managerial Hiring
- Flex down to support recruitment for clinical, provider, and people leader roles during periods of growth, market entry, or heightened hiring demand.
- Apply executive-search rigor to clinical and managerial roles, ensuring candidates meet leadership, cultural, and patient-care standards.
Strategic Sourcing & Market Intelligence
- Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies using direct outreach, networking, market mapping, and advanced search techniques.
- Provide insights on healthcare labor market trends, competitor activity, clinician supply/demand, and compensation benchmarks.
- Maintain strong external networks within healthcare, including provider associations and leadership communities.
Talent Advising & Partnership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare executives and HR partners on talent strategy, succession planning, and workforce planning.
- Influence hiring decisions through data, market insight, sound judgment, and a deep understanding of healthcare environments.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all leadership and clinical searches.
Required Qualifications:
- 8–10+ years of recruiting experience, including 3+ years focused on executive or senior leadership hiring
- Demonstrated success recruiting executives and leaders within healthcare systems, provider organizations, payers, life sciences, or high-growth healthcare companies.
- Proven ability to flex between executive, clinical, and managerial recruiting based on organizational priorities.
- Strong sourcing, market mapping, and relationship-building skills with passive executive and clinical talent.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills with senior leaders and clinicians.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment when handling confidential executive matters.
- Experience improving or scaling recruiting processes; proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRMs, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Highly desired: experience with recruitment for PACE organizations.
- Hands on experience with full-cycle physician recruitment and building a physician pipeline.
- Hands-on experience recruiting for an early-stage healthcare startup.

Compensation:
We consider an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for health insurance, life insurance, participation in the company’s equity program, and paid time off, including vacation and sick leave. The expected base salary range for this position is $105,000 to $139,000. Position is bonus eligible. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location.
