Recruiting Coordinator
About Harry’s Harry’s is a men’s grooming brand that offers high quality shave, body, hair, and skin care products at an exceptional value. Launched in 2013, Harry’s redefined the shaving experience and helped pioneer the earliest era of direct to consumer in the process. Since then, the brand has become the #2 shave brand globally and expanded to offer products for every step in its customer’s routine. Harry’s is also on a mission to ensure guys have access to quality mental health care. To date, the brand has helped connect over 2 million men to quality mental health resources. Harry’s is part of Mammoth Brands, the modern CPG company behind category-leading brands Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, and Mando. Driven by a mission to “Create Things People Like More,” the company is creating a new model—and home—for brands, founders, and talent looking to solve unmet needs, improve peoples’ lives and ultimately change the status quo. Even as we grow, we take extra care to maintain the small, scrappy, entrepreneurial culture that helped to get us where we are today: a company that people like more, that better serves its customers, employees, and community. Mammoth Brands is committed to making a positive impact and donated over $20 million through our network of nonprofit partners to date. |

About the role
At Mammoth Brands, we’re building world-class teams and the Recruiting Coordinator is at the heart of making that happen. We're looking for a curious, people-driven teammate who thrives in fast-moving environments and gets energy from creating great experiences for others. Someone who is humble, collaborative, and endlessly organized, a true behind-the-scenes force who loves connecting the dots and making the complex feel seamless.
If you're excited about helping people feel seen, supported, and set up for success throughout their candidate journey and you want to be part of a team that blends operational excellence with heart - you might be just who we’re looking for.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full cycle of interview coordination, from first screen to final round, for both virtual and in-person interviews across multiple brands.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and internal partners throughout the interview process.
- Partner with EAs and hiring managers to ensure a high-touch, well-prepared experience for candidates and interviewers, especially at senior levels.
- Coordinate executive and confidential scheduling, navigating high-volume and fast-moving calendars with ease and discretion.
- Maintain timely and clear communications, ensuring everyone involved is in sync, prepared, and informed.
- Own onboarding logistics and collecting documents to ensure a smooth handoff to People Ops.
- Support and help run initiatives like referral campaigns, employer brand activations, and process documentation.
- Identify and solve process bottlenecks by proactively suggesting improvements that make our team and experience better.
- Ensure all interview experiences are inclusive, from accessible written communications to enabling closed captioning for video interviews.
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency across all systems, including our ATS (Greenhouse), and recruiting workflows.
- Support the Head of Talent & Diversity in special projects related to recruiting operations and talent experience
You Might Be a Fit If You:.
- Ultra-organized – Can flawlessly manage dozens of moving pieces (interview loops, hiring team prep, candidate comms, complex schedules, etc) without dropping the ball.
- Strong and proactive communicator – Knows how to communicate clearly, professionally, and inclusively with everyone from execs to candidates.
- High EQ and discretion – Able to handle confidential scheduling, senior-level stakeholders, and sensitive candidate situations with maturity, empathy and professionalism
- Love logistics and complexity – Fast-moving priorities energize you, and you get real satisfaction from keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes..
- Bias for action – Doesn’t wait to be told something’s broken. Spots inefficiencies and quietly fixes them or proposes improvements.
- Candidate-obsessed – You believe every touchpoint matters. You treat candidates with care and respect, and design processes that feel thoughtful, inclusive, and human.
- Tech-savvy and systems fluent – Comfortable navigating tools like Greenhouse, Slack, and Google Calendar quickly and accurately.
- Are a curious learner – You’re always looking to level up, open to feedback, and excited by opportunities to grow.
- Are a natural collaborator – You’re flexible, team-oriented, and know how to build great partnerships with EAs, hiring managers, and recruiters across multiple brands.
- Bring joy to the work – You don’t take yourself too seriously. You know how to laugh, even while doing serious work.
