This role blends strategic leadership with technical depth to ensure our data capabilities scale with the business and elevate fan experience, product performance, and operational efficiency. • Lead instrumentation strategy to ensure consistent, high-quality events and insights across journeys (acquisition, checkout, campaigns, fulfilment, service).
  • Implement data governance, privacy-by-design, and compliance frameworks in partnership with Legal, Security, and IT to ensure regulatory readiness and trusted insights.

Deliver Scalable, Reusable Insights Products

  • Build automated reporting and insight tools for leadership reviews, business insights, and operational actions.
  • Develop dashboards and analytic products for sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, and operations.
  • Introduce predictive modeling for sell-thru, inventory health, fulfillment operations, and customer lifetime value.
  • Create self-service analytics capabilities that empower teams while maintaining governance and data quality.
  • Define and operationalize analytics success metrics, such as insight adoption, forecast accuracy, and cycle-time reduction, to demonstrate business impact.

Drive Operational Intelligence and Cost Transparency

  • Develop models for commerce economics: shipping, payments, storage, returns, promotions, and platform cost allocation.
  • Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to enable data-driven planning and efficiency improvements.
  • Improve business insights, merchandising insights, and logistics planning across regions.
  • Integrate analytics outcomes into annual and long-range planning processes, securing executive sponsorship and linking initiatives directly to business goals.

Lead and Grow a High-Performing Analytics Organization

  • Define long-term principles and architectures that scale across brands, markets, and product lines.
  • Champion DataOps, testing, lineage, and reliability standards to ensure trust in insights.
  • Drive platform performance, cost governance, and continuous improvement across datawarehouses, BI tools, and event pipelines.
  • Manage key vendor and technology partnerships to optimize platform performance, cost efficiency, and innovation across the data ecosystem.

Minimum Qualifications

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
