Step into the Analyst role at Hasbro and play a key part in providing top-tier customer service. We are looking for an inquisitive, enthusiastic, and forward-thinking team member who enjoys examining details, posing the right questions, and resolving issues early. This position offers a valuable opportunity to develop your logistics career, focusing on on-time shipping, high fill percentages, and smooth vendor processes. You will collaborate with multiple departments to deliver outstanding results for our clients.

 

Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday –Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro’s temporary location in Boston, MA.


A Day in the Life of an Analyst:

• Complete day-to-day order activity for assigned, less complex retail accounts, communicating directly with customers on order adjustments and keeping Sales/Replenishment informed.
• Coordinate orders for retail displays, promotions, and seasonal merchandising programs, working with the trade marketing team so product arrives accurately and on schedule.
• Research and resolve routine purchase order discrepancies, bringing up complex issues to the Sr. Analyst.
• Run open-order analysis against allocation plans and available inventory using SAP automated transaction tools and carry out inventory availability plans to meet in-full targets.
• Proactively flag at-risk appointed arrival dates and in-transit issues, and complete agreed-upon resolutions with Logistics and Sales.
• Complete shipping plans during peak periods in partnership with Management, Logistics, and Replenishment.
• Follow established account management procedures and retail guidelines, bringing curiosity and fresh ideas for improvement.
• Assist with deduction research in support of the Compliance Analyst.
• Provide occasional evening and weekend coverage during month/quarter-end close.


What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant domain.
  •  1–3 years of account management, customer service, or order management experience, ideally in Consumer Products/Manufacturing.
  • Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks with high detail accuracy and follow-through.
  • A passionate, inquisitive, and proactive approach, dig into the data, and take initiative to solve problems before they advance
  • Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and share data.
  • Working proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with SAP preferred; interest in BI tools a plus.
  •  Eagerness to learn, identify inefficiencies, and suggest improvements.

 

The pay transparency range for this role is listed below. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.

Pay Range

$64,400 - $96,600 USD
