We are seeking our first Finance Growth Hacker, someone who can supercharge our engagement with the finance community through data-driven, insightful content across multiple channels. If you are passionate about finance and AI – reach out!

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop and publish high-quality financial content (e.g., social media insights, blog posts, newsletters) that resonates with audiences in private equity, investment banking, credit, and other markets
  • Market Research & Analysis: Stay on top of financial market trends, industry updates, and competitive research to inform content strategy and ensure relevance.
  • Social Media Management: Own some social media presence (particularly Twitter/LinkedIn), crafting posts and campaigns that drive engagement and amplify Hebbia’s thought leadership.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Engagement teams to align financial content with product messaging and customer needs.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor engagement metrics and apply insights to improve future financial content, ensuring data-driven decisions guide the marketing strategy.

Who You Are

  • Education & Experience: 1–2 years of experience in finance or a closely related field. (A background or strong interest in finance is highly preferred.)
  • Finance Knowledge: Familiarity with key financial concepts, market dynamics, and how data drives decision-making in financial services. Enjoy gleaning new insights from messy data.
  • Strong Writer & Storyteller: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for translating technical or analytical insights into compelling narratives. Bonus points for some humor.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable working with data to identify trends, measure performance, and refine content strategy.
  • Team Player: Excels at cross-functional collaboration and open communication, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Self-Starter: Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment with a bias toward execution and continuous improvement.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., social media schedulers, analytics dashboards, SEO platforms) and willingness to quickly learn new software.
  • You are comfortable working in-person 5 days a week

The base salary range for this position is set between $80,000-$120,000. However, adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in our equity plan and benefits program. Benefits include, but are not limited to: comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, retirement benefits, daily catered lunch, and unlimited PTO.
