What You Will Be Doing:
You will design, deliver, and scale comprehensive training programs that support Helion’s growth and employee success. You will build impactful learning experiences, support adoption of training initiatives, and collaborate across the company to equip employees with the knowledge and skills they need to thrive. You will report to the Director of Talent & People Operations and this is an onsite role located at our Everett, WA office.
You Will:

Design and deliver training programs aligned with Helion’s goals and values

Participate in all aspects of the learning lifecycle, including needs assessment, content creation, delivery, and evaluation

Develop learning content for a variety of technical and non-technical topics

Co-manage our LMS and learning tools, including content curation, course assignments, and reporting

Track participation, gather feedback, and continuously improve training effectiveness

Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to identify, build, and deliver training across the organization

Manage vendor relationships and support broader employee development initiatives
Required Skills:
-
5+ years of experience designing and delivering training programs in startup or fast-paced environments

Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives

Experience creating technical and role-specific training content across multiple disciplines

Proficiency managing and maintaining Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Helion's compensation package includes a competitively benchmarked base salary, meaningful equity grants, and comprehensive benefits. Final compensation is determined through a holistic evaluation of your experience, qualifications, and our commitment to internal equity - ensuring fairness and transparency across our teams. We are committed to fostering a fair and equitable environment in every aspect of our operations, including compensation.
This is an exempt salaried role.
Annual Base Pay
$100,000 - $130,000 USD
