Location: Hybrid with 1-2 days per week in our Irvine, CA office

About the role:
The Vice President of Growth Marketing will be instrumental in driving our overall growth strategy by spearheading customer acquisition, revenue optimization, and marketing innovation. This strategic and data-driven leader will oversee a broad range of initiatives—including affiliate programs, digital advertising, and website and funnel optimization—to ensure scalable, high-impact marketing strategies. The VP of Growth Marketing will collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure that our marketing initiatives are fully aligned with the GTM plan, product vision, and overall business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a product-led growth strategy that drives adoption and engagement through lifecycle marketing, paid advertising, affiliate marketing, website experiences, and other channels.
- Design and execute high-growth, cross-functional marketing strategies that deliver measurable business impact.
- Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align product initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Utilize analytics, A/B testing, and performance metrics for data-driven decision making to optimize marketing spend and maximize customer lifetime value.
- Stay ahead of market trends, understand customer needs, and monitor the competitive landscape to drive product innovation and differentiation.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach and enhance product offerings.
- Provide strategic insights and guidance to senior leadership to shape product strategy, define development priorities, and allocate resources effectively.
- Lead and oversee Marketing teams, driving high performance, accountability to KPIs, strategic resource allocation, and seamless cross-functional collaboration.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in product management, growth marketing, or related roles, with a track record of driving product-led growth/Demand Gen in high-growth environments.
- Deep understanding of product-led growth principles, methodologies, and best practices, with a focus on user-centric design and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, foster innovation, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment as well as lead a key area of our marketing team
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a demonstrated ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and tactics.

The annual base salary range for this position is $225,000-$265,000. The actual salary will vary depending on the applicants experience, skills and abilities as well as internal equity and market data. This position is also eligible for an additional annual bonus compensation through one of our highly attractive incentive plans, full details will be provided during the recruitment process.
