We’re experts at our craft (and if not, we become experts, fast!) and we hold each other to a high standard. Why? We’re shaping the future for Amazon sellers and our customers deserve the best. We make tough decisions, own up to mistakes, and above all, we find solutions to problems.
About the role:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will own performance KPIs across the customer journey including activation, retention, churn, reactivation, and expansion. - Design and launch campaigns across email, SMS, in-app messaging, push notifications, and other relevant channels.
- Create segmentation strategies based on behavioral, demographic, and transactional data.
- Define and track critical customer lifecycle metrics—such as onboarding activation rate, churn reduction, lifetime value (LTV) growth, and email engagement—and lead performance reporting against established goals.
- Continuously test, optimize, and scale lifecycle initiatives through A/B testing and performance analysis.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Creative, Sales, etc.) to build a cohesive and automated customer journey.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth marketing and digital advertising.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or related marketing field.
- Hands-on experience managing CRM platforms such as Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud; must demonstrate proficiency in campaign setup, audience segmentation, and performance tracking
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through lifecycle monetization strategies, including freemium-to-paid conversions, tiered upsell initiatives, and customer win-back campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (Google Analytics and/or Amplitude).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
- Ability to independently assess digital marketing data to evaluate campaign performance.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and leadership, leveraging data storytelling and influence to drive alignment and strategic decisions
- Experience in summarizing and presenting marketing performance insights to cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across teams and departments.
- Must have experience in SaaS and/or e-commerce.
