About the Role:
We are looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist with a strong engineering background to take full ownership of optimizing our booking flow. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and analyzing tests to improve conversion rates independently.
Our website is built on Webflow, and we use Google Optimize, Hotjar, Google Analytics, and Segment to track, analyze, and enhance user interactions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on experimentation, understands the nuances of user behavior, and can make direct front-end optimizations to improve performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and execute A/B testing, multivariate testing, and user experience experiments within the booking flow.
- Implement and modify Webflow components to optimize conversion rates without additional engineering support.
- Leverage tools like Google Optimize, Optimizely, and VWO to run controlled experiments and measure impact.
- Analyze session recordings and heatmaps (Hotjar, FullStory) to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
- Set up and maintain custom event tracking in Google Analytics and Segment to monitor user behavior.
- Use Mixpanel and Looker to create reports and dashboards to track test performance and KPIs.
- Implement front-end optimizations using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Webflow’s native tools.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Ops to align CRO efforts with business goals.
- Stay ahead of CRO best practices and emerging trends to ensure we continually improve our approach.
What You Bring:
- 3-5+ years of experience in CRO, front-end development, or growth-focused engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Webflow, including making edits, implementing tests, and adjusting UI components.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and the ability to optimize front-end performance without engineering support.
- Expertise in A/B testing tools like Optimizely, Google Optimize, or VWO.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar, FullStory, or similar tools.
- Ability to write SQL queries to analyze test results and monitor experiment outcomes.
- A deep understanding of user psychology, UX/UI principles, and conversion optimization best practices.
- A data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience working in healthcare, e-commerce, SaaS, or other high-transaction environments.
- Have familiarity with server-side testing and experimentation platforms.
- Are skilled in Python or R for deeper data analysis.
- Have successfully improved booking flow conversion rates in a previous role.
Why Join Us?
- Take full ownership of CRO for the booking flow, directly impacting revenue and business growth.
- Work in an experimentation-driven environment with a team that values data-driven decision-making.
- Access to industry-leading tools like Webflow, Google Optimize, Hotjar, Mixpanel, and Segment to power your work.
- Competitive salary, benefits, and professional growth opportunities.
