SUMMARY
The Graphic Designer is a key member of the creative team within the marketing department, responsible for producing high-quality layouts and production-ready designs. A large portion of this role involves templated and repeatable design work in support of the sales team, including quick-turn requests and updates to existing materials. Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate proactively with internal stakeholders are critical for success in this role.
This position collaborates cross-functionally with sales, product management, demand generation, and operations to support both internal and external marketing needs. The role may also involve coordinating with outside vendors for printing, photography, and other creative services. Experience using JIRA or other project management tools is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute templated and repeatable sales design requests with speed and precision
- Update and edit existing literature to reflect current products, specs, and branding
- Create layouts and production designs for printed literature, digital assets, and sales tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to gather project requirements
- Proactively manage and communicate project timelines, status updates, and feedback loops
- Work within brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
- Design charts, infographics, illustrations, and presentation materials
- Prepare files for print and digital production
- Use JIRA or other workflow tools to manage and track design requests
- Stay current on design trends and industry best practices
- Leverage basic AI tools and technologies to streamline design processes, improve efficiency, and support creative exploration

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- A bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field
- 2+ years of experience
