Marketing & Events Coordinator

SUMMARY
The Marketing & Events Coordinator supports the creative marketing team, with a focus on tradeshow and event execution, as well as day-to-day coordination tasks within the team. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the marketing field.
As the Marketing & Events Coordinator, you’ll assist the Tradeshow & Events Manager with the planning and execution of tradeshows, safety days, and internal events, and provide general support to keep marketing initiatives on track. You’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team, and over time, there may be opportunities to contribute to content creation and other marketing projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of HexArmor’s events and tradeshows
- Assist with event logistics including shipping, booth setup materials, promotional items, and inventory management
- Maintain event calendars, checklists, and documentation
- Help with event prep and follow-up, including internal communication and recaps
- Support the creative marketing team with general coordination tasks, file organization, and administrative duties
- Assist with internal marketing needs and requests from cross-functional teams
- Contribute to marketing content development (e.g., blog or social media) as skills and experience grow
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (or equivalent internship experience) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools is a plus
- Willingness to travel 2-4 times a year for national tradeshow events
