THE ROLE:

HiveWatch is in search of an Account Executive to help propel HiveWatch into its next stages! We’re looking for a hardworking, driven individual with superb energy, passion and initiative for new business acquisition. This sales role focuses on executing a sales strategy resulting in exceeding revenue growth and new customer acquisition targets.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Be a driver of new business as you prospect for new clients, design sales presentations and business cases, develop and deliver proposals, negotiate and close contracts
  • Develop a deep understanding of the HiveWatch services, the Global Security industry, our unique competitive differentiators, and our customers’ needs
  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Success and Marketing to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Position HiveWatch’s value to prospects in a way that accounts for their business’s specific needs and goals
  • Tailor communications to the customers' needs and offer insights that compel them to think differently about driving their security programs forward
  • Contribute to a strong, collaborative team
  • Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects
  • Utilize cold calls, email prospecting, marketing initiatives, and events to generate and nurture sales opportunities
  • Identify the needs of prospects and suggest appropriate services
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Strong willingness to travel, when appropriate, to prospective customers’ sites, conferences, meetings, and other events
  • Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results within the Revenue Organization and to Leadership

What You’ll Bring to the Hive

  • Three or more years of experience in SaaS sales, with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Experience in working in an ambiguous and fast-paced start-up environment
  • Demonstrated ability to develop net new opportunities and run a complex sales process
  • Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
  • Skilled in building business champions
  • Driven and competitive, possessing strong desire to be successful
  • Strong communication and presentation skills via phone, email, and in person to all audience levels including C-Suite
  • Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Experience in the physical security industry is a plus

ADDITIONAL INFO:

  • Base salary range for this position: $105,000-$120,000 per year
  • 50/50 variable pay structure (uncapped)
  • Eligible to participate in HiveWatch Equity Incentive Plan

*Final offer will be at the company's sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of relevant experience and expertise, location, and other business considerations.
