Your Impact:

• Support cultivation management with daily cultivation operations

• Lead cultivation tasks such as propagation, vegetation, flowering, and pre-harvest.

• Train and assist cultivation team to meet production and development goals

• Frequently monitor plant health, ensuring quality standards

• Collaborate with leadership and other department managers on timelines, inventory quantity etc.

Your Strengths:

• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate teams.

• Demonstrated knowledge of plant science and cultivation techniques.

• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Ability to adapt to changing conditions and solve problems.

• Passionate about the cannabis industry, and the plant itself.
