Who You Are
We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Agent Success team. In this role, you will play a key part in prospecting, scheduling appointments, nurturing relationships, and supporting the retention of our Elite Partners. You will utilize various tools and systems to drive new business opportunities and maintain relationships with prospects and agents in the real estate industry.
What You’ll Do Here
- Prospecting, build and maintain list, calling and emailing, booking with HubSpot calendar link
- Appointments & Conversations with Prospects - engage with prospects to evaluate their needs and introduce our services using clear communication of the criteria, features, outcomes, and commitment levels of our Elite Partnership program
- Maintain Client Communication: Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects to discuss their needs and eligibility
- Send introductory emails connecting interested agent prospects with Homelight Escrow/Title
- Send follow-up emails (30, 60, 90 days out) to prospects who show continued interest in our services, with re-book meeting options.
- Keep detailed notes in the Agent Outreach Spreadsheet for SRM review.
- Send congratulatory emails for first escrow/title deals.
- Coordinate with team members to make agents "Elite" and review their sales applications.
- Referral Tracking, ensure first referral is sent promptly, and if not, follow up to identify any issues.
- Review sales dashboards, title, and escrow orders submitted by Elite Partners in the previous month
- Prepare farm with Title Flex and email premium lists to agents, requesting phone and email details.
- Open House Kit & Listing Packet Request: Coordinate with the facilities manager for Open House kits and Listing Packets, liaising with internal teams and ensuring materials are shipped in a timely manner
- Ensure all referrals are contacted, and scheduling is in place for MBR (Monthly Business Review) meetings\
- Listing Review: Handle listings that are aged by 30+ days, reviewing potential leads and following up with agents on status.
- Attend and support monthly BBYS webinars and mastermind sessions, providing valuable insights and networking opportunities for partners.
You Have
- Previous experience in business development, real estate, or customer relationship management (CRM) is a plus
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using tools such as Mojo Dialer, HubSpot, Skype, and spreadsheet management tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and prospects
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proactive & Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, showing initiative and drive to achieve goals
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to maintain accurate records and track client interactions efficiently
- Must be able to work in US Pacific Hours
