We are currently seeking a Director of Paid Social to lead and scale our social media efforts, focusing primarily on Meta and Instagram, while driving innovation and delivering exceptional performance outcomes.
In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and execution of our paid social media initiatives. You will focus on driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, leveraging innovative strategies and creative solutions to optimize ROI. The role demands deep expertise in paid social media marketing, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to scale campaigns effectively.
Your Day-to-Day
- Drive strategy and execution for Paid Social, with a focus on Meta and Instagram, ensuring alignment with overall company growth objectives.
- Oversee the development of high-impact, data-driven campaigns designed to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
- Establish operational excellence in campaign execution, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and process improvements.
- Drive high-velocity creative testing and scaling of successful ad formats, messaging, and targeting.
- Monitor campaign performance, regularly adjusting strategies to meet or exceed KPIs.
- Mentor and manage a team of social media specialists, fostering professional growth and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Revenue Operations, Partnerships, and Creative, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies across channels.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying and leveraging new opportunities in paid social media to maintain a competitive edge.
- Build a high-performing team with a focus on innovation, accountability, and measurable results.
About You
- 6+ years of experience managing and scaling paid social media campaigns, with a focus on Meta and Instagram.
- Proven track record of managing $5M+ budgets for customer acquisition and achieving meaningful growth.
- Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
- Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Demonstrable experience in creating compelling ad creatives and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across teams.
