Senior Account Manager

Charlotte, NC

Senior Account Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC

Home Solutions is seeking a Senior Account Manager to own the day-to-day performance and growth of a portfolio of strategic partners. This is a hands-on role on the Partnerships team. You run your book largely independently - executing reliably, communicating clearly, and surfacing insights, issues, and opportunities before anyone asks. You will work closely with a VP of Partnerships, who owns portfolio-level strategy and long-term growth planning, while you own day to day execution and growth initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who is hungry to learn, comfortable taking ownership, and gets excited by turning ambiguity into action. Success in this role comes from radical ownership, sharp prioritization, data-backed insights, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to originate, not just consume, a market thesis.

You proactively identify and flag issues and opportunities, deliver clean and actionable reporting with clear follow-ups, manage end-to-end projects, and escalate thoughtfully when support or alignment is needed.

What You'll Do

External-Facing Partner Execution & Ownership

  • Own the performance of a portfolio of strategic partners, balancing operational excellence with identifying new revenue and growth opportunities.
  • Carry high-touch execution of a growth plan for a partner set - negotiating unit economics, budgets, and market expansion to identify growth corridors and expand our partnerships.
  • Proactively raise opportunities and make recommendations without being asked; similarly, when something breaks, fix it or escalate cleanly.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact and strategic thought partner for partners in your portfolio.
  • Independently hold effective partner meetings that result in key takeaways, decisions, and next steps which turn into actionable opportunities.
  • Communicate progress, priorities, and blockers clearly to your VP and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Media Buyers, CRO, Product, AI, etc.) to move work forward and unblock issues.

Data & Insight Development

  • Spot trends or anomalies in performance data and surface them with a hypothesis, and drive a recommendation to resolution.
  • Become genuinely fluent in your categories: know the players and trends, and develop a well-formed point of view on your categories that sharpens the portfolio strategy.
  • Prepare memos that synthesize data into clear, actionable insights.

About You

  •  3-5 years of experience in a client-facing, account manager, or growth role.
  • Commercial mindset: you understand partner unit economics and deal-structure basics, and can connect your work to revenue.
  • Strong analytical skills: you form a hypothesis, interpret data into implications, and drive to a recommendation.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a strong desire to build expertise, particularly in digital marketing and growth-oriented environments.
  • AI-native mindset: you instinctively leverage AI, automation, and modern tools to improve products, accelerate execution, and increase your impact.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working with data, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally to move work forward.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership from ambiguity through execution, proactively solving problems, improving processes where needed, and consistently delivering high-quality results.
  • Alignment with Home Solutions’ core values: Grow Without Limits, Get After It, Act With Focus, and Build the Team.
  • Experience with digital marketing is a plus, but not required.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
