What You’ll Do

As we continue our expansion in the US, we are looking for a strategic and visionary HR Director to lead our human resources initiatives. This role is instrumental in developing and executing HR strategies that align with our global objectives while catering to the unique needs of our growing US team. Reporting directly to the VP of HR, the HR Director will oversee all HR functions across the United States, ensuring a strong people strategy that supports business growth, talent development, and a positive workplace culture.

Basic Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of senior-level HR leadership experience in fast-paced, high-growth technology or startup environments.
  • Proven success in strategic HR planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and business acumen, with a track record of aligning HR initiatives closely with organizational objectives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills, capable of building strong relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Experience with Agile HR methodologies and performance frameworks is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or MA/MS) preferred.
  • The role is based in Chicago, IL, with a hybrid work model (3 days in the office)
