We're looking for an HR Business Partner who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams. As a core player alongside our business leaders, you'll shape team dynamics, champion talent strategies, and drive people-first initiatives that power our next stage of growth.
- What You'll Be Doing:
- Dive deep into the business: understand team structures, workflows, and game distribution pipelines to provide strategic, actionable HR support.
- Build open, transparent communication loops across the organization, resolving the blockers.
- Spot gaps in our HR processes, policies, and tools through real-time feedback from the business; partner with functional teams to iterate and optimize continuously.
- Foster collaboration across diverse teams and geographies, helping build frameworks that enable seamless cross-cultural teamwork.
- Drive the performance management cycle: support goal setting, continuous feedback, growth conversations, and performance leveling.
- Be a trusted advisor to leaders, offering practical guidance on organizational design, talent growth, engagement strategies, and team health.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to craft hiring strategies that sync with the business roadmap.
- Proactively address employee relations matters to maintain a positive, inclusive, and high-performing environment.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with 3+ years in an HRBP role within gaming, tech, or high-growth companies.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: You own problems end-to-end, think from first principles, and prioritize value to the business.
- Product thinking: You’re user-obsessed, iterate fast, and optimize systems from micro (team-level) to macro (org-level).
- Fluent in Chinese (working proficiency) is needed to work with members from China.
- Bonus Point: A gamer at heart — whether it’s console, PC, or mobile. You understand gaming culture intuitively.
- Strong at building trust across all levels, from junior teammates to leaders.
- Analytical mindset with a bias for action.
- Comfortable rolling up your sleeves in a dynamic, "build while flying" environment.
