Your Role
We’re looking for an Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) intern to play a key role interacting with our Finance teams. If you’re passionate about reporting and analytics, have a desire to learn, and want to continue to apply your business, finance and/or accounting based knowledge, this is a wonderful opportunity to help advance your existing knowledge and skills.
For this role, we're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our headquarters in Lincoln, Nebraska. But with our flexible work policy, there aren't any current requirements for the number of days you come to the office.
Must-Haves
- Current student. You’re excited about the possibility of joining our team because it’ll complement and enhance your education. You’re probably pursuing a degree in finance, business or a similar area of study.

- Detail-oriented. No detail is too small in ensuring finance needs are met for our team.
- The type who gets stuff done. You identify with your work. You’re restless without a project on your task list, and you have a list of finished projects that you can look back on with pride.
- Flexible. You’re happy to pick up other tasks to help the team.
- A team player. You enjoy working as part of a team and can collaborate well with others to get things done.
- Responsible. You take ownership in your work to hit deadlines, meet expectations and raise red flags when you see them.
- Core value alignment. You can exemplify basic office etiquette including clear and concise communication skills, time management, and the ability to give and receive feedback, which are all part of our core values at Hudl.
Nice-to-Haves
- Relevant course completion. You’ve completed an introduction to accounting and finance classes.
- Technical understanding. You have basic Excel understanding (e.g., sumifs, pivot tables, etc.).

Compensation
The hourly pay range for this role is set by a candidate’s year in school, and will be determined by their academic standing at the start of the internship.
Base Hourly Range
$15 - $15.50 USD
