We work hard to provide a culture where everyone feels supported, and our employees feel it—their votes helped us become one of Newsweek's Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces.
We think of ourselves as the team behind the team, supporting the lifelong impact sports can have: the lessons in teamwork and dedication; the influence of inspiring coaches; and the opportunities to reach new heights. That’s why we help teams from all over the world see their game differently. Our products make it easier for coaches and athletes at any level to capture video, analyze data, share highlights and more.

Your Role
We’re seeking a Sales Manager to lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives and Customer Success Managers. This role will be responsible for revenue retention and growth within our club and youth sports market, as well as fostering relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
Our priority is to hire someone for this role who lives near our offices in Lincoln or Omaha, Nebraska, but we’re also open to applicants who are willing to relocate. If you have software sales experience in the club sports market, we strongly encourage you to apply.
Must-Haves
- A coach. You’re an inspiring leader with a track record of exceeding sales quotas and guiding sales teams to success. You bring 3+ years of experience managing salespeople and driving performance.
- A self-starter. You thrive working independently, and can effectively balance coaching your team, reporting sales metrics to leadership, and collaborating with key stakeholders across the company to fuel revenue growth.
- Dependable. You take ownership of your decisions, always ensuring you have the right information before making calls, and you stand by your choices once they’re made.
- Passion for development. You’re all about celebrating your team’s achievements and fostering a culture of growth and success.
- A strong communicator. Whether you’re presenting to small or large groups, you know how to motivate and educate with clear and concise communication.
Nice-to-Haves
- Market knowledge. If you have experience in the club and youth sports market, it will be easier for you to understand the day-to-day of directors, coaches, parents and athletes.
- Sales expertise. A strong understanding of the entire sales process—from prospecting to closing, understanding GTM challenges and overcoming objections—would be a plus.
- Tech-savvy. You’re proficient in Salesforce and Google Workspace, and enjoy discovering ways to streamline workflows for increased efficiency.
- User-focused: You enjoy joining your reps on the road, meeting customers in person, and attending sporting events to experience and test our products in action.
- Analytical mindset. You have a keen eye for data and use insights to inform decisions. You treat your revenue forecast as seriously as your personal budget, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
Our Role
- Champion work-life harmony. We’ll give you the flexibility you need in your work life (e.g., flexible vacation time, company-wide holidays and timeout (meeting-free) days, remote work options and more) so you can enjoy your personal life too.
- Guarantee autonomy. We have an open, honest culture and we trust our people from day one. Your team will support you, but you’ll own your work and have the agency to try new ideas.
- Encourage career growth. We’re lifelong learners who encourage professional development. We’ll give you tons of resources and opportunities to keep growing.
- Provide an environment to help you succeed. We've invested in our offices, designing incredible spaces with our employees in mind. But whether you’re at the office or working remotely, we’ll provide you the tech stack and hardware to do your best work.
- Support your mental and physical health. We care about our employees’ wellbeing. Our Employee Assistance Program, employee resource groups and fitness partner Peerfit have you covered.
- Cover your medical insurance. We have multiple plans to pick from to ensure you’ll have the coverage you (and your dependents) want, including vision, dental, fertility healthcare and family forming benefits.
- Contribute to your 401(K). Yep, that’s free money. We’ll match up to 4% of your own contribution.
