Your Role
We’re looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead the hardware quality team. You’ll ensure the quality of the end-to-end experience and capabilities of our Hudl Focus camera products; these devices are autonomous cameras that utilise edge AI to automatically track the action and upload to the cloud, offering our customers seamless access to real-time video and insights.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring high-quality hardware across the entire stack. Working closely with cross-functional squads, you’ll drive alignment on quality standards across the full product lifecycle, with your primary objectives include building scalable and adaptable quality systems,rectifying fundamental issues through data-driven analysis and fostering a culture centered on continuous enhancement and superior quality standards.
As the Senior Quality Assurance Manager, you will:
- Improve quality. You’ll define and implement comprehensive test strategies and develop adaptable quality systems that scale with product complexity.You’ll use tools like FMEA and design reviews to proactively identify risks and prevent issues before they reach customers.
- Coach. You’ll be the point person for product quality. You’ll guide the team to enhance their skills,and influence across disciplines. Help teams establish best practices and level up their approach to both quality and reliability while supporting the growth of a high-performance quality culture.
- Automation strategy & execution. Automation is critical in complex firmware and hardware products. You will own and evolve the test automation strategy for firmware balancing speed, coverage, and maintainability.
We're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our office in Den Bosch. With our flexible work policy, there aren't any current requirements for the number of days you come to the office.

Apply structured problem-solving, ensure corrective actions prevent recurrence and foster continuous improvements for an enhanced product experience.
- A collaborator. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional leaders to plan and deliver product enhancements. You’ll integrate diverse perspectives to drive innovation and ensure high product standards.
- Technical know-how. You have a solid foundation in hardware engineering and good familiarity with embedded software, alongside a proven track record of delivering high quality products. You’re a champion engineering best practices, ensure testability, and enable faster, more reliable delivery through intelligent automation and data-driven insights.
- A customer focus. You think critically about user experience and ensure our testing approach adapts to match those workflows.
- Experience leading others. You have a track record of mentoring, connecting with and improving those around you.
Nice-to-Haves
- A working knowledge of U.S. sports. A general understanding of sports like basketball and American football.
- Domain experience. You’ve worked in sports technology, or have experience in cameras, athlete tracking technologies and the associated software.

Compensation
The base salary range for this role is displayed below—starting salaries will typically fall near the middle of this range.
We make compensation decisions based on an individual's experience, skills and education in line with our internal pay equity practices.
This role will also be eligible for a long-term incentive (LTI) award. Any bonuses awarded are based on individual and company performance paid at Hudl's discretion.
Base Salary Range
€73.000 - €121.000 EUR
