Your Role

Hudl’s Revenue Operations and Enablement Team is focused on unlocking efficiency and increasing productivity across every phase of the revenue lifecycle. This includes defining and refining best practices, supporting change across systems and teams and ensuring internal teams have the tools and processes they need to succeed.

We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Associate to support our post-sales workflows. You’ll serve as a problem solver and operational partner, helping teams work more efficiently, address issues, and implement improvements that scale. The specific focus on this role may shift based on business need but could include areas like provisioning, billing, support, hardware shipping and receivables.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to monitor operational execution, lead reporting and analysis efforts, and identify ways to improve accuracy, clarity, and performance. You’ll support cross-functional projects (like product launches or system changes), manage recurring stakeholder touchpoints, and help ensure that process documentation and training materials stay current and useful. You’ll be part of a globally distributed team, so comfort working across time zones and clear asynchronous communication will be important for success.

We're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our offices in Barcelona. For Spain, we need to ensure that employees attend the office for at least 70% of their working time over any rolling 3-month period.

Must-Haves

  • Operational experience. You’ve spent at least two years in an operations role within a SaaS business and you understand how internal systems and workflows connect across teams.
  • Analytical mindset. You’re confident using spreadsheets and reports to track performance, spot trends, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Cross-functional communicator. You’re comfortable collaborating across departments, managing competing priorities and keeping stakeholders aligned – especially when things get complex.
  • Problem-solver. You’re comfortable navigating ambiguous issues, digging into root causes, and coordinating the right people or systems to get things back on track.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Salesforce or billing system experience. You’ve worked in systems like Salesforce, Zuora, or NetSuite and understand how operational data flows between tools.
  • Change management exposure. You’ve helped roll out new systems or processes and understand how to coordinate testing, training, and communications across teams.
  • Comfort with distributed teams. You know how to collaborate effectively when team members are in different locations and can manage updates and decisions without needing everyone online at once.
  • Supportive educator. You enjoy helping others learn how systems and processes work and can break down complex topics in a way that sticks.

Our Role

  • Champion work-life harmony. We’ll give you the flexibility you need in your work life (e.g., flexible vacation time, company-wide holidays and timeout (meeting-free) days, remote work options and more) so you can enjoy your personal life too.
  • Guarantee autonomy. We have an open, honest culture and we trust our people from day one. Your team will support you, but you’ll own your work and have the agency to try new ideas.
  • Encourage career growth. We’re lifelong learners who encourage professional development. We’ll give you tons of resources and opportunities to keep growing.
  • Provide an environment to help you succeed. We've invested in our offices, designing incredible spaces with our employees in mind. But whether you’re at the office or working remotely, we’ll provide you the tech stack and hardware to do your best work.
  • Support your mental and physical health. We care about our employees’ wellbeing. Our Employee Assistance Program, employee resource groups and fitness partner Peerfit have you covered.
  • Cover your medical insurance. We have multiple plans to pick from to ensure you’ll have the coverage you (and your dependents) want, including vision, dental, fertility healthcare and family forming benefits.

We make compensation decisions based on an individual's experience, skills and education in line with our internal pay equity practices.

Inclusion at Hudl

Hudl is an equal opportunity employer. Through our actions, behaviors and attitude, we’ll create an environment where everyone, no matter their differences, feels like they belong.

We offer resources to ensure our employees feel safe bringing their authentic selves to work, including employee resource groups and communities. But we recognize there’s ongoing work to be done, which is why we track our efforts and commitments in annual inclusion reports

We also know imposter syndrome is real and the confidence gap can get in the way of meeting spectacular candidates. Please don’t hesitate to apply—we’d love to hear from you.
