Account Executive II - German speaking

Barcelona, Spain

At Hudl, we build great teams. We hire the best of the best to ensure you’re working with people you can constantly learn from. You’re trusted to get your work done your way while testing the limits of what’s possible and what’s next. We work hard to provide a culture where everyone feels supported, and our employees feel it—their votes helped us become one of Newsweek's Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces.

We think of ourselves as the team behind the team, supporting the lifelong impact sports can have: the lessons in teamwork and dedication; the influence of inspiring coaches; and the opportunities to reach new heights. That’s why we help teams from all over the world see their game differently. Our products make it easier for coaches and athletes at any level to capture video, analyze data, share highlights and more.

Ready to join us?

We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our College and Professional Sales team. We have an established presence in Austria, Switzerland and Germany working with a significant number of the top-level football teams and the national federations. We want you to come in and spearhead our commercial growth.

You’ll be responsible for working across our suite of products, building complex solutions that will suit what teams need. Your focus will be on our elite clients, working in a consultative manner, and building an understanding and relationship with them.

Throughout the year, Account Executives work toward achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly new targets, running meetings to understand clients’ needs and identifying opportunities.

We have a flexible location policy so you can either be based in Spain or NL.

You Are

  • Experienced. You've spent time working within SaaS Sales, building complex deals and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Methodical. Have worked with a CRM like Salesforce and have a disciplined approach to approaching and engaging partners.
  • Connected. Ideally, you have a network across football organizations in the top two leagues in Austria and Switzerland and third league in Germany.
  • Consultative. You take the time to establish relationships, understand your client's goals, and then look to sell solutions that suit them.
  • Organized. You map out your days with the new business opportunities you’re going to contact.
  • Self-motivated. You excel with lofty goals and will bet on your own abilities.
  • Multilingual. You are fluent in English and German, French or Italian are a plus.

You Will

  • Help our clients. You’ll look at how they currently work and show how Hudl can disrupt this with positive outcomes for their teams.
  • Become an expert. You'll learn Hudl’s suite of products.
  • Work with our elite users across Austria, Switzerland and Germany. You’ll work with new and existing clients to provide the best possible service.
  • Make an impact. You’ll develop and implement plans to drive growth.
  • Build a strong pipeline and close sales. Including management and growth of enterprise-level league-wide collective agreements.
  • Grow professionally. Hudl is scaling quickly, so we’re looking for people to grow with us.
