Director, AI Product Strategy

Location: This position is remote within the United States.

About Intelligent Experiences.

The future is Intelligent Experiences (IX). Done well, with humans centered in the work, IX drives sustainable growth for businesses and brands, inspiring adoption and cutting through the boring that plagues the industry.

For 25 years, Huge has helped clients unlock new technologies and make experiences people love, from building user-centered digital businesses to navigating the explosion of channels to achieve unified brand experiences.

As a design & technology company, Huge is pioneering the use of generative AI in Intelligent Experiences to transform how brands connect with their customers, creating deeply personalized, anticipatory services that not only captivate but also foster loyalty and increase the value brands bring customers and consumers.

Job description.

Huge is seeking a Director, AI Product Strategy — a visionary product strategist at their core, who will collaborate with data, technology and creative partners on Intelligent Experience work. This person will lead the charge in driving a business- and human-centric vision to defining and launching new AI-driven products and capabilities. The Director of AI Product Strategy is expected to operate as an influential thought leader with poise and expertise, who collaborates seamlessly with multiple teams and craft leaders from across the organization. This position will report to the Global Head of AI.

Most importantly, the Director of AI Product Strategy tracks the AI evolution, especially in generative capabilities, but can separate AI hype from fact. They see data as a creative tool for invention. In this role, you’ll build foundational client relationships, provide thought leadership and strategy to premier brands as you guide them through shaping new offerings and capabilities in the AI space.

What you’ll be doing.

  • You will lead the strategic work for new AI powered products and experiences for our clients as part of our Intelligent Experience strategy.
  • You’ll help pioneer the next generation of IX products that integrate all aspects of product management, strategy, design, data and AI technology.
  • You’ll partner with leaders across product management, tech, data, content and design as the strategic vision partner to ensure cohesive and extraordinary outcomes.
  • You’ll ensure a proper e2e process from tailored solution planning to actual execution and launch of brand-safe AI capabilities.
  • You’ll be a close partner and advisor to senior clients, playing a critical role in understanding and applying business requirements and logic while also balancing the end-user’s needs and goals.

What we’d like to see.

  • You have experience conceiving, leading and launching AI work, with cross-functional knowledge and strategy.
  • You understand the nuance between deterministic and generative AI and enjoy converging the two into your goals.
  • You believe the best practices for this work aren’t yet written and seek to pioneer and set the standard for how AI product innovation work is done.
  • You have fluency with technology, data, product management and design peers.
  • You bring bold vision to the solutions you spearhead.
  • You are a no nonsense, zero ego collaborator who inspires and brings out the best in others to get the work done.
  • This role is for someone who loves both strategic thinking and “the doing”- those who relish looking at a problem and making new solutions become real. Experience in delivering ideas you’ve envisioned is critical.
  • You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment with smart and opinionated colleagues who all work at a level of excellence, even under demanding deadlines.

This role is currently not available for hire or work in New Mexico and Hawaii, USA.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
